Limmo Lemonade – Shipping & Help Policy
Limmo Lemonade ships from Chicago, IL to all locations within the continental United States. Frozen products can only be delivered to addresses within the continental U.S.
Available Product Packs
We offer two types of six-pack product formats:
- Doypack
- Bucket
Frozen Shipping Details
All products are packaged with an appropriate amount of dry ice to keep them frozen throughout transit. On the day of delivery, we recommend opening the package and placing the products into the freezer by dinnertime. If you or the recipient will not be home, please coordinate with someone who can receive the package and transfer it to a freezer.
Orders are shipped on Tuesdays.
Shipping rates vary depending on destination:
- Nearby states generally have lower shipping costs.
- Distant states require faster transit services, which may result in higher shipping fees.
A tracking number will be sent via email on the day of shipment. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to UPS handling.
Gift Cards and Coffee Shipping
Gift cards are shipped via USPS First Class for a small fee. Tracking is available for an additional charge. Coffee shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Ordering Guidelines
For shipments to multiple addresses, please place separate orders. You may select your ship date during checkout, and changes can be requested by contacting us via email. A gift message can be added in the cart before completing your purchase. If a specific flavor is not available, you may inquire about custom production options.
Returns and Address Responsibility
Frozen products cannot be returned. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot assume responsibility for melted products caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information.
